  • Vitamin B7 (biotin) – improves the condition of hair, skin, and nails. Additionally, it can supplement the treatment of type II diabetes.
  • Vitamin B8 (inositol) – improves well-being and brain efficiency.
  • Vitamin B9 (folic acid) – is a vitamin that must be taken by pregnant women. It also supports the cardiovascular, nervous systems and helps in the fight against anemia.
  • Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) – oversees the proper course of erythrocyte production. A lack of adequate amounts of this vitamin leads to anemia.

B vitamins are found in various foods such as: meat, eggs, dairy, legumes, liver, vegetables, and fruits.
